CenturyLink email sign-in options
You can stay signed in to your CenturyLink email or automatically log out when you leave the site.
How to stay signed in
Next time you log in to your email account, make sure you check the box that reads “Remember Me.” That’s it! If you’re using a public device, this option should not be selected for security reasons.
Tip: Do you have guests or just want a little more security without having to change your settings? Simply click the “logout” link on the homepage. Next time you access your email, it will prompt you to log in regardless of whether or not it has been set to remember.
The “log out” link overrides all settings and is your safeguard.
How to log in each time
- Register to access your homepage.Click here to go directly or select the “Email Settings” option from the My CenturyLink dropdown.
Next to the email address that you wish to change, click Edit.
- In the Security column, choose “Restricted Privacy/Security” and click Save.
You will be asked to enter your password when you attempt to access your email. This option is recommended if you have a computer that you share with someone else
If you have been away from the site for more than 90 days, you will be asked to log in using your username and password.
