Understanding Consolidated Email Notifications

This feature allows you to combine multiple notifications for the same recipient in one email, at particular time intervals.

The Email Template Notification page allows you to configure the consolidated interval by entering the “Interval for Consolidated Emails (In hours Starting from 12:00am)” setting.

Email templates that don’t allow you to choose a custom interval can be selected from the Interval for Consolidated Emails (In hours Starting From 12:00am) drop-down menu at the bottom of this Email Template Notification Page.
