Google Calendar Signature

Signeasy is now available across Gmail, Google Drive and Calendar

by stacy

Our north star is streamlining workflows and reducing additional steps, thus the Signeasy team decided it was time to integrate our premier eSignature solution directly into your favourite Google Workspace apps. The Signeasy Add-on for Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar allows you to sign and send documents for signature electronically. This integration is effortlessly integrated into the sidebar, eliminating the need to switch between programmes or open new tabs.

How does it function?

install the Signeasy Add-on from the Google Workspace store, then go to Gmail, Drive, or Calendar to get started.

If you get an email with an attached document in Gmail, you can use the Add-on to open and sign it, or prepare it to be sent out for signature.

You can instantly re-attach the signed document to the original email thread after adding a signature, date, name, or any other information straight to the document. If you are not the intended signer, you may simply fill in the signing boxes as needed and forward the document to others via the sidebar. What a fantastic idea!

Apart from electronically signing and sending documents, the Add-on serves as your personal assistant, providing you with real-time updates on all your document activity and even allowing you to send out reminder notifications for pending signature requests — no more awkward phone or email follow-ups.

Apart from existing Signeasy users, this new integration allows over 1 billion active Google Workspace users to use Signeasy for all of their eSigning needs.

The Signeasy Add-on currently supports Google Cloud apps on the desktop, with mobile compatibility coming later this year. Signeasy also offers a variety of Google-related goods, including Android apps, Chromebooks, and Google Drive.

Future Signeasy integrations with Google Workspace products such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides are already in development.
