We at Signeasy were well aware that Apple’s new iOS extension capabilities opened up options that would help us get closer to our aim of enabling customers to smoothly sign papers regardless of the tool, app, or service they were using at the time of signing. The idealistic fantasy of being able to sign a critical document and have it returned to you while on a relaxing vacation was the impetus for the birth of Signeasy. And now, thanks to the new iOS plugin from Signeasy, that desire has become a reality. It’s now possible to sign any crucial document right within any app with a simple tap of your finger.
Signeasy iOS Extension
This week, we’re announcing the release of an iOS plugin that allows users to effortlessly sign and deliver papers from within hundreds of third-party applications. Using this capability while using another app is particularly convenient for signing and delivering documents that need to be sent quickly to a different location. The plugin integrates seamlessly with hundreds of project management, email, collaboration, and business applications, including Apple’s Mail App, Box, Camscanner, Cloudmagic, Dropbox, GeniusScan, Mailbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Scannable, and Slack, among others.
Consider the following scenario: you receive an email with a document that requires your signature. With the new extension, all you have to do is select ‘Sign with Signeasy’ from the drop-down menu to get it signed directly within your mail app. It’s just that simple! There will be no more waste time switching between applications. What’s even better is that you don’t lose sight of the context in which you’re working. Isn’t it convenient?
This capability is accessible in a variety of applications other than email clients. If you manage and save your data in cloud storage systems, such as Dropbox, Box, or Microsoft’s OneDrive, you will soon be able to sign papers directly from such platforms. Signeasy is also available within scanning applications such as GeniusScan, Scannable, and CamScanner. This feature is particularly useful for approvals, invoicing, and company expenditure reimbursements.

The ‘Sign with Signeasy’ option must be enabled for the first time you use this extension, otherwise it will not work. Activate ‘Sign with Signeasy’ from the ‘Open in’ sharing screen by tapping the ‘More’ icon on the right-hand side.
