HOWTO: Log Into Outlook for the web
Outlook Web Access (OWA) was previously known as Outlook Web Express and Outlook Web Access (OWA). Whatever you call it, you have access to your Mass General Brigham outlook content through a web browser.
NotificationAccessing Mass General Brigham Outlook via the internet from a mobile or laptop requires that the device be encrypted.
Access Outlook for the Web
- Click on the windows start menu
- One of these:
Navigate to Microsoft Outlook Web Express and click
Expand Partners utility menu. Navigate to Outlook Web Access and click OWA
Accessing via Web Browser
- Navigate to www.partners.org/email
- Log in using your email address
- The page will redirect to a login page. Enter your Mass General Brigham username and password.
- If asked, confirm your identity via text or phone call.
External Users: External users will be prompted for a second-factor authentication such as Text Message or Phone Call.
External User Authentication Options
Password Self Service users who have a phone number or text-enabled telephone can authenticate by text message or phone call.
- Text Message
After confirming their phone number, users who select Text Message will receive a text message with a code that they must enter to access their email.
- Telefonische Anrufe
After confirming their phone number, users who select Phone Call will be contacted by a representative. They will need to enter the code shown on the website to access their email.
Users will be able to access their email after completing second-factor authentication
