The primary advantage of customising your Signeasy account settings is the significant amount of time it saves. Once you have entered your information into the Signeasy App, you will not have to retype it again when you need to fill in your personal details on a document in the future.

Here’s a quick tutorial:

1. Navigate to the “Settings” menu, then scroll down to the “Personal Details” section, and fill out the required fields with the necessary information, such as your name, initials, email address, and company. To save additional frequently used data and add more fields, scroll down to the section labelled “Custom Information.”

2. To include your personal information in a document, first select ‘Text’ from the menu at the top of the screen, then press on the icon that looks like a person. You will be shown the selections that were saved in your personal settings when this screen appears.
