Ricoh network scanning functions can be difficult to set up appropriately. However, after you get to know Ricoh, you’ll become used to the odd administration capabilities and can usually figure out how to set them up. Personally, I use the Printer Makers full software instal (2*HP printers) and have had no troubles; but, with scan to email, I would recommend that you review Ricoh support. What I’m talking about is setting up an Office 365 email address on a Ricoh 3352 machine and scanning to email directly from the networked MFP. Scan to Email on Ricoh Copier
