SignEasy reached a major milestone on December 14th, and it was a very personal milestone for the company — SignEasy is introducing Aadhaar eSign, India’s first e-signature system that integrates with a comprehensive corporate workflow.
It’s been seven years since SignEasy first opened its doors, and we’ve gone a long way thanks to our excellent team and loyal clients. SignEasy has processed more than 30 million documents, and individuals in 180 countries have come to rely on and appreciate this software for making their lives easier in a variety of ways. We take great delight in developing a worldwide product from India, and we have now developed a product that is specifically for the Indian market.
It has been in the works for quite some time now to develop an e-signature solution specifically for the Indian market. According to a Forrester report published in September 2017, the number of e-signature transactions among Indian enterprises is predicted to reach 90 million by 2020. An astonishing 78 percent of the organizations polled expect to invest in an e-signature solution within the next 6 to 12 months, according to the results of the survey.
The Aadhaar framework, which has already had an impact on a billion individuals in India, was gathering speed at the same time. We’ve been looking forward to integrating with this technology because it would allow SignEasy to make e-signatures more accessible and seamless for a broader range of customers and partners. The legal compliance and authenticity of Aadhaar-verified e-signatures are 100 percent guaranteed; in general, we couldn’t have asked for a finer time or opportunity to debut in this country.
Here is an example of what Signeasy’s Aadhaar design can accomplish:
As the first and only e-signature solution on the market to integrate complete fill-and-sign capabilities with business workflows, it sets the standard for the industry. As a result, users can complete their documents in a single sitting.
Document Fields, yet another advanced feature, assists clients in guiding their signers through a document, resulting in error-free documentation and reduced costs for them.
Documents such as invoices, offer letters, and other similar documents that are submitted for signature regularly can be preserved as templates and sent for signature-less frequently, reducing repetition.

When it comes to digital transformation, electronic signatures have proven to be the driving force behind many firms’ efforts. Their impact on productivity and corporate efficiency is significant, whether it is through cost reduction, revenue growth, or customer satisfaction improvement.
SignEasy has received endorsements from Instamojo, a digital payments provider whose customer base includes SignEasy.
One of Instamojo’s goals, according to Co-Founder Akash Gehani, is to move away from paper-based processes because the company handles so many contracts regularly. This has been made much simpler by Signeasy’s Aadhaar-based e-signature technology, which also allows us to provide a better experience for our partners.
In terms of the future, we have an API interface planned for 2018, which will allow organizations to quickly incorporate the solution into their existing workflows and dashboards. We are committed to becoming a part of India’s digital development, with our R&D arm based in Bangalore and a workforce that is expanding globally.
The Aadhaar eSign system is now fully operational and ready to help businesses become more efficient.
