Fix 1 – Check for Spectrum service outage

Fix 2 – Check all your connections
Verify that the coaxial cable and Ethernet cable are properly and securely connected. Metal pins on coaxial connectors are sensitive, so make sure they are straight and intact.
The Ethernet cable should also be plugged in to the yellow WAN/internet port of your router, and the other end into the Ethernet port of the modem.
To make sure that everything is working properly, you can unplug and reconnect each cable.
Fix 3 – Restart your network
It is easy to do this and most problems will be solved by restarting your network.
This will allow you to properly unplug your modem and router from the power socket. You should also check whether the modem has battery backup.
You can then connect the modem to the power socket after two minutes. Wait for two more minutes. Connect the router, and then wait for it to stabilize for two more minutes. You should check that the Spectrum router red light has gone. If it is, you are able to connect to the Internet normally.
